Position: Full Time Weekday Concierge
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of our community by greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing valuable information.
- Assist with tours and help potential residents learn about life at Sterling Court.
- Support staff and directors with clerical tasks, special projects, and more.
- Stay organized and maintain office systems, from mail distribution to maintaining resident and employee records.
- Coordinate and manage guest meal reservations, transportation logs, and assist with billing as needed.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Must pass drug screen and background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to operate office software.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be 18 or older and capable of maintaining a calm, positive attitude in fast-paced situations.
- First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
