Open Positions
- Litigation Attorney
Experience Required: 3 to 5 plus years of civil litigation experience
We are seeking a motivated litigator with strong courtroom skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload. Our litigation practice includes general civil litigation, insurance defense, construction related matters, premises liability, and select plaintiff personal injury cases. You will work alongside experienced trial attorneys who have handled cases throughout Virginia and are known for strategic, effective advocacy.
- Community Associate Attorneys (Two Positions)
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in any civil practice area
These positions are ideal for attorneys from a variety of backgrounds who are interested in developing a focused practice in community association law. This field offers a unique blend of real estate, governance, contracts, corporate advising, regulatory issues, and litigation. You will work directly with boards of directors, provide day to day counsel, and help guide clients through both routine and complex legal matters.
