Wage: $23 – $27/hour, depending on experience
Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Twin City Staffing is hiring maintenance technicians to support automated systems and machinery for a growing company in Becker, MN. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and optimizing system performance to keep production running smoothly. Duties of the maintenance technician:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and automated systems
- Assist with PLC programming, HMI configuration, and equipment upgrades
- Support safety, documentation, and process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize system performance
Requirements of the maintenance technician:
- 1+ year of experience in maintenance or automation (manufacturing preferred)
- Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Self-starter with solid communication and computer skills
- Comfortable working in a physically active, industrial environment with varying temperatures, noise, and machinery
- This is a safety-sensitive position under OSHA guidelines
