Consilio's ELS Direct hire division is seeking a Litigation Project Assistant on behalf of our client, a law firm in Washington, DC. This role will provide overall administrative support to the litigation group.
Hybrid schedule: 4:1
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Review and edit monthly time-entries
- Coordinate travel arrangements and submitting expense reimbursements
- Manage and update attorneys calendars
- Record and store client information
- Assemble trial binders under attorney direction
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in a legal environment supporting litigation attorneys
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
