Maintenance Mechanic
1st shift: 7AM - 5PM | $37.09/hr
2nd shift: 3PM - 11PM | $38.94/hr
3rd shift: 10PM-6AM | $38.94/hr
Job Description
This role requires a 3rd Grade Stationary Engineers License specific to Omaha. Although primarily a maintenance mechanic position, approximately 5-10% of the job involves working on boilers and ammonia systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
- Operate and maintain boilers and ammonia systems as required.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Essential Skills
- 3rd Grade Stationary Engineers License specific to Omaha.
- Experience as a maintenance mechanic.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Three shifts are available: 7 AM-5 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 10 PM-6 AM. The workplace offers a fast-paced but modern environment equipped with the latest machinery and tools.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $77147.00 - $80995.00/yr.
Pay range is $29.70 - $44.22 per hour based on skills and experience. 1.5 pay over 8 hours, and over 40 hours 1.5 pay on Saturday & Sunday 1.5 pay holidays + additional OT over 8 hours on holidays Excellent Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Optometry). 401K Plan with company match PCA provides paid training during active work hours to help technicians advance through the progressive skill levels and achieve higher pay. Technicians supply their own basic hand tools. PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools. PCA provides uniforms as well as all necessary PPE
