Must be willing to relocate to Monroe, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, labor coordination, budgeting, material procurement, implementation, and billing.
- Conduct pre-estimating walk-throughs and collaborate with estimators during the bid phase.
- Read, interpret, and analyze bids, technical documents, and government regulations.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and procedure documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, field personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Calculate material and labor costs, apply appropriate discounts, and interpret margins, markups, and percentages.
- Review project specifications and material requests; process purchase orders accordingly.
- Prepare and process change orders as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain consistent communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Determine and verify pricing structures, margins, and job profitability.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in project management.
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction.
- Strong attendance and reliability record.
- Strong math skills, including basic algebra.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Familiarity with safety protocols including Lock-out/Tag-out, HAZMAT, Forklift operation, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention.
- Basic understanding of quality systems and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
