Now Hiring: Experienced Baker – Ali’s Cookies Emory
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Baker to join our team at Ali’s Cookies Emory. This role is primarily focused on preparing high-quality dough and supporting kitchen operations, while also assisting with front-of-house duties when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix cookie dough according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in all baking processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
- Assist with basic front-of-house tasks, including serving customers when needed
- Support daily store operations, including cleaning and restocking
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous baking experience is required (professional experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
