Job Summary:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the spa. You will greet clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, assist them with scheduling appointments, answer phone calls, and provide information about spa services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus
- Proficient in basic computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain the spa's appointment book
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and pricing
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the spa team
