Mechanical Resource Group (MRG) is an HVAC, hydronics, sales, and service organization. At MRG, we are committed to helping service members, veterans, and their families build meaningful civilian careers.
MRG proudly participates in the SkillBridge Program, which provides service members the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience during the last 180 days of service through industry-specific training, apprenticeships, and internships. SkillBridge connects transitioning service members with industry partners to gain real-world, hands-on experience.

SkillBridge Opportunities
At MRG, we provide internships at no cost to service members. We currently offer three SkillBridge opportunities, each designed to provide hands-on training and education in the HVAC industry:
