As one of our core consultants, you will work directly with our client's Information Technology division on high-impact projects, from developing innovative student-facing applications and securing cloud infrastructure to building scalable data and integration platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support data modeling, integrations (APIs, Data Loader), and migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues promptly.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- 2-4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs, Data Loader).
- Understanding of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, permission sets).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Salesforce Developer II certification preferred.
- Minimum Years Experience 2 years (2-4 years experience)
- Required Certifications: Salesforce Developer I and Administrator certifications required.
