Role Description This part-time, on-site Licensed Massage Therapist role is based at our location in South Philadelphia, PA. The therapist will provide high-quality therapeutic massage sessions tailored to individual client needs, including relaxation, stress reduction, and targeted bodywork. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, performing a variety of massage modalities, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves educating clients on wellness and self-care practices, and plans for moving forward with their bodywork goals. Scheduling flexibility, reliability, and adherence to professional and ethical standards are essential.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and create a welcoming client experience.
- Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques, with a focus on personalized, goal-oriented treatment.
- Experience or training in other modalities to support diverse client needs.
- Active state massage therapy license in Pennsylvania and completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
- Knowledge of professional ethics, proper draping, and maintaining client confidentiality and safety.
- CPR/First Aid certification and experience working in spa, wellness, or clinical settings are beneficial.
