This store in Virginia, MN is looking for a sharp, motivated Sales Consultant who can connect with customers, build trust quickly, and guide buyers through one of the biggest decisions they’ll make. What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in their needs
- Guide buyers through the full sales process — discovery, product presentation, test drives, and closing
- Communicate clearly about pricing, features, financing options, and inventory
- Maintain consistent followup with leads, past customers, and unsold opportunities
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, incentives, and competitive advantages
- Work closely with management and F&I to ensure smooth, efficient deal flow
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals with consistency and integrity
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Automotive sales experience is preferred, but strong sales or customerfacing backgrounds are also welcome
- A confident communicator who builds rapport naturally
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple customers at once
