Our client, a well-established full-service law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support attorneys handling complex matters related to construction and data center services. This in-office role focuses on legal document preparation, case management, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, format, and proofread complex legal documents using Microsoft Word, including numbering, cross-references, tables of contents, and tracked changes

Prepare and organize exhibits, discovery materials, and electronic court filings

Maintain case files, correspondence, and documentation using litigation support and document management systems

Support monthly billing processes, including compiling time entries and preparing invoices
-
Track deadlines, manage communications, and coordinate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in a legal, administrative, or related professional environment

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (advanced formatting), Excel, and Outlook

Experience with legal document preparation and case management systems

Ability to learn new software platforms and manage multiple priorities

Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities
