  • Utilize construction management platforms such as Procore and Bluebeam for scheduling, budgeting, and tracking

Field Experience

  • Attend regular site visits to observe active construction operations firsthand
  • Support field crews and experienced tradespeople with hands-on tasks
  • Participate in quality control walkthroughs to verify work meets project specifications

Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, general contractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Help coordinate across trades to maintain workflow and project timeline adherence
  • Assist with identifying and resolving day-to-day project challenges as they arise

Administrative & Compliance Support

  • Participate in job site safety meetings and compliance inspections
  • Support adherence to applicable safety regulations and company standards

Growth & Development

  • Engage in mentorship with experienced project managers and field leaders
  • Attend training sessions covering construction methods, safety protocols, and project management practices

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Procore and/or Bluebeam is a plus
