We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant Lead (CMA) for our client’s innovative weight loss and wellness clinic. Our client specializes in IV weight loss injections, body sculpting, and personalized wellness programs. If you enjoy helping patients achieve their health goals and have strong clinical and management experience, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
- Clinical and management experience required
- Previous experience overseeing clinical staff or managing clinic operations strongly preferred
- Previous medical assistant experience, preferably in a wellness or aesthetic clinic, is a plus
- Strong clinical and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV weight loss injections and assist with body sculpting procedures under supervision
- Take vital signs and provide clinical support to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic workflow
- Educate patients about treatments and wellness programs
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and administrative staff
- Provide clinical leadership and support day-to-day clinic operations
- Assist with staff coordination, workflow management, and maintaining clinical standards
