Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate I to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished medical device products. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, strong inventory control skills, and is comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Shift: Monday-Friday
7:30am-4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Accurately receive materials into inventory using warehouse management systems (QAD experience preferred).
- Transfer materials to receiving inspection and stock inventory after release.
- Pull, kit, and issue materials to manufacturing work orders.
- Prepare domestic and international shipments, including required shipping documentation.
- Pick and process finished goods for customer, distribution, and hospital orders.
- Coordinate with Quality, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
- Work with shipping carriers to coordinate daily pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain organized inventory locations and support warehouse organization initiatives.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Follow all company safety procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of warehouse, distribution, stockroom, or logistics experience.
- Experience using warehouse management or inventory control systems.
- Knowledge of domestic shipping procedures.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Experience with QAD or similar ERP/WMS systems.
- International shipping experience.
- Inventory control and cycle count experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and computer use.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be able to read labels, shipping documents, and inventory information accurately.
