Butcher Shop Retail Clerk Duties
Customer Service

Sales &amp; Transactions
<ul>
<li>Operate the cash register or POS system.</li>
<li>Handle cash and card payments accurately.</li>
<li>Weigh, label, and package meat and other products for customers.</li>
<li>Issue receipts and thank customers for their business.</li>
</ul>
Stock &amp; Display
<ul>
<li>Restock coolers, freezers, and shelves as needed.</li>
<li>Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper date labeling.</li>
</ul>
Cleaning &amp; Maintenance
<ul>
<li>Keep the front counter, display cases, and customer areas clean and organized.</li>
<li>Follow food safety and sanitation rules.</li>
</ul>
Team Support

<li>Communicate with butchers about customer orders or product needs.</li>
<li>Help with packaging or labeling during busy times.</li>
