The Mission
Merchandiser Full Time - Chisago City/Isanti is your chance to be the force behind picture-perfect product presence across our retail partners. You’ll keep Viking Coca-Cola products looking sharp, easy to shop, and ready to win the moment a customer walks the aisle.
Key responsibilities
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with assigned products
- Maintain merchandising standards and strong visual presentation
- Rotate inventory to protect freshness and quality
- Deliver responsive, professional customer service in-store
- Follow safety policies and guidelines at all times
Required skills & qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer-service focus
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and carts
- Detail-oriented; able to lift/move cases up to 40+ lbs
- Self-motivated, independent, and schedule-flexible (weekends/holidays)
