The Front Desk position serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is critical in managing the flow of communication and information, facilitating smooth daily operations within the organization. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including greeting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with scheduling software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Certification in office administration or customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
