What We Offer (Pay & Perks)

Home Weekly: Consistent regional routing that ensures reliable, predictable home time every week. (West TN, MS, LA, AR, OK, TX)
Great Pay: Competitive pay structure with average weekly earnings of $1200.00 to $1450.00 + performance bonuses (Extra 3CPM - starting ) and A SIGN ON BONUS OF $3000.00. ($1500.00 paid at 90 days and then $1500.00 paid at 6 months)
54 CPM to 60 CPM (based on experience)
Modern Fleet: Drive late-model 2021 or newer, Freight-liner, Cascadia, or Ken-worth tractors.

Extra Pay: Paid orientation, layover pay, detention pay, and short haul pay.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (not including any training or mentorship time).
Safety Record: Clean MVR with no major moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
Requirements: Valid DOT Medical Card and the ability to pass a DOT drug screening (urine and hair follicle)
