About the Role
The Senior Project Manager answers to the Director of Construction and Ownership, and will direct Project Manager and Coordinator related to tasks associated with ground‐up construction, as well as adaptive-reuse and tenant-improvement projects overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and field execution. This role requires someone who understands the full lifecycle of construction—from feasibility analysis through earthwork, vertical construction, finishes, and final inspections.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned PM or PX from a GC who is ready to transition to the owner’s side, or an owner’s rep who wants to take on a more hands‐on leadership role in the field.

Our team is committed to delivering high‐quality residential communities and commercial deliverables through thoughtful design, disciplined execution, and quality construction.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in new construction who can confidently manage complex builds from pre‐construction through turnover, and who can balance large-scale and small-scale projects simultaneously.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to plans
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and conflicts
- Manage RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Oversee procurement, long‐lead items, and material delivery schedules
- Track budgets, cost exposures, and value‐engineering opportunities
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and finance teams
- Provide consistent project updates to ownership and leadership
- Support close‐out activities including punch lists, inspections, commissioning, and turnover packages
Required Qualifications

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Strong negotiation and cost‐control experience
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working for a GC, owner’s rep, or development firm
- Professional certifications (PMP, CCM, LEED)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or Revit

- Performance‐based bonus potential
- Health, dental, and vision insurance available
- Opportunity to work on high‐quality, design‐driven development projects
- Long‐term growth potential within a rapidly expanding firm
