Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and in-person networking
• Educate clients on insurance options and tailor policies to meet their needs
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and expert advice
• Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive, go-getter attitude

Requirements

• Must be willing to obtain Property Casualty and/or Life Health insurance licenses (we'll help the right candidate!)
• A self-starter with strong communication and people skills
• Motivated by challenges, goals, and income potential
• Sales experience is preferred and drive and coachability more important
