Compensation: $175,000-$200,000 Base Salary + Origination Bonuses + Performance-based Bonuses

Who You Are
You're a corporate attorney with 3-7 years of experience who's passionate about deal-making and client service. You've worked on M&A transactions, fund formations, equity financings, and have advised private equity and wealth management groups. You're comfortable in the fast lane, and you know how to balance precision with pragmatism.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support transactions across M&A, private equity, venture capital, and emerging companies
- Advise clients on fund formation, seed funding, and equity financing strategies
- Collaborate with wealth management and private equity teams to structure and execute deals
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements with clarity and confidence
- Be a trusted advisor to entrepreneurial clients and institutional investors alike
Ideal Candidate
- 3-7 years of big law experience preferred, but we welcome all deal lawyers who get things done
- Strong background in corporate transactions, especially M&A and private equity
- Experience with venture capital, fund formation, and emerging growth companies
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a love for solving problems
