Job DescriptionLitigation Attorney Key Responsibilities:

Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
</li>
<li>
Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
</li>
<li>
Conduct and defend depositions
</li>
<li>
Draft and argue dispositive motions
</li>
<li>
Represent clients at hearings in both state and federal courts
</li>
<li>
Perform legal research and analysis
</li>
<li>
Draft coverage opinions and conduct EUOs (Examinations Under Oath) when applicable
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
</li>
<li>
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Colorado
</li>
<li>
Strong background in litigation; insurance litigation such as Personal Injuries experience strongly preferred
</li>
<li>
Construction defect experience is a plus
</li>
<li>
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
</li>
<li>
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
</li>
<li>
Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging legal technology tools
</li>
<li>
Proactive, creative problem-solver with strong judgment
</li>
<li>
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
</li>
