Position Overview
The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. This role involves negotiating terms with vendors and service providers, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation to support effective procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and draft contracts ensuring they meet legal requirements and company standards
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and service providers
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise
  • Conduct risk assessments related to contracts and identify mitigation strategies
  • Maintain organized records of contracts and amendments for easy access and reference
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract requirements are met
  • Provide guidance on contract-related issues to stakeholders
  • Assist in the procurement process by evaluating vendor proposals and options

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and legal documentation
  • Experience in risk management and vendor management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management principles and practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
