Type of Contract: Seasonal, on-call position.
Start Date: After July 4th through the end of August or early September, depending on operational needs.
Schedule: Work will take place on weekends only, Saturday and Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on availability.
We are a New York City–based company seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to support the daily operations of our retail location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Assist parents and children during school uniform fittings and order placement, including taking accurate measurements and offering sizing recommendations to ensure the best fit.
- Build positive relationships with families by providing personalized shopping guidance, answering inquiries, and capturing memorable student photos.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment at all times.
- Help oversee the day-to-day care of the store, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Maintain the line in an orderly fashion and clear of trash and debris.
If you have the following requirements:
- Availability to work Saturday and/or Sundays. Full shifts from 8 A.M. to 7 P.M.
- A friendly and support-oriented attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable with standing for shifts and handling light lifting from time to time.
- Comfortable and able to work around children.
