We’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience in CCTV, ANPR, Access Control Systems, and Video Management Software (VMS). The right candidate will support installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance while providing excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, and VMS systems
- Install, configure, and maintain companies' security solutions
- Assist clients with system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Conduct training sessions for users
- Perform regular system inspections and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners
- Stay updated on companies' product developments
- Document and escalate issues when needed
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in technical support (security systems preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ANPR, Access Control, and VMS
- Hands-on experience
- Basic CAD skills (AutoCAD preferred)
- Experience with parking guidance systems or AI tech is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel for on-site support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
