The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a maintenance team across two multifamily communities (800+ units). This role requires a strong leader who can organize and structure the operations, oversee the turn process, and ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 Maintenance Techs and 1 Groundskeeper
- Organize and delegate work orders, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Oversee the turn process to ensure units are ready on time and within budget
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and code requirements
- Provide hands-on maintenance support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control expenses
