Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our busy lawn care team. We have many commercial and residential properties that require weekly maintenance. This is a year-round position, as in the winter months, we provide snow removal service. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mowing & Edging: Operate zero-turn mowers, push mowers, and string trimmers.
• Property Maintenance: Perform leaf blowing, debris cleanup, and weeding.
• Landscape Tasks: Assist with mulching, planting, and basic pruning.
• Equipment Care: Help load/unload trucks and maintain tools in good working order.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on job sites.

Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable transportation to our shop or job sites.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• License: A valid drivers license with a clean record is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
