Job DescriptionFront Desk Receptionist - Interim Contract

Location: Kirkland, WA (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist for interim coverage in a fully onsite Kirkland office. This is a short-term contract supporting day-to-day front desk and administrative needs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinate visitor check-ins and meeting rooms
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and light administrative tasks
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area

Requirements

  • Prior receptionist or front desk experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic Office tools
  • Reliable and able to work 100% onsite in Kirkland

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
