Administrative Support

Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage calendars.

Input listings into MLS if broker/agent approves the final content.

Prepare marketing materials, flyers, postcards, and social media posts.

Maintain client databases and CRM systems.

Track deadlines and manage paperwork flow.
Transaction Coordination

Communicate with title/escrow officers.

Ensure all documents are complete and signatures obtained.

Monitor contingency deadlines and inspection dates.

Collect paperwork from clients, lenders, inspectors, and appraisers.
-
Submit completed files to the broker for compliance.

Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings.

Coordinate communication between lenders, title, inspectors, and the agent (but not negotiate or give legal/contract advice).
