Regional Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations with a strong background in behavioral health, psychiatric care, and multi-site skilled nursing facility (SNF) operations. This role is responsible for overseeing operational performance, regulatory compliance, staffing effectiveness, and quality outcomes across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide regional leadership and operational oversight across multiple SNF locations
Support and drive performance improvement in behavioral health and psychiatric service lines
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and CMS regulations
Partner with facility Administrators, DONs, and clinical leadership to improve quality metrics
Monitor staffing, agency usage, and budget performance across sites
Assist with crisis management and high-acuity behavioral health situations
Standardize policies, procedures, and best practices across the region
Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews

Preferred Experience:

Strong background in psychiatric or behavioral health settings (hospital or inpatient psych preferred)
Multi-site SNF or healthcare operations leadership experience
Experience managing clinical operations in high-acuity environments
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in long-term care
Proven ability to lead and stabilize underperforming facilities
