Are you a personable, detail-oriented professional with a passion for housing and a passion for people? We are seeking a Property Leasing Associate to support daily operations and leasing efforts across three Central Wisconsin sites: Elementary School Apartments (Schofield), Indianhead Cottages (Mosinee), and Townhomes of Craftsman Village (Plover). This role partners directly with the Multi-Site Property Manager to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for current & prospective residents in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties
- Assist prospective tenants in completing applications and processing necessary documentation
- Maintain detailed knowledge of rental rates, property availability, and market trends
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure timely follow-up with leads and referrals
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on service excellence
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote properties and attract potential tenants
- Gather feedback from residents and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving tenant retention
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in the real estate industry or residential leasing
- Knowledge of local rental markets and property regulations
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with real estate property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of financial principles related to leasing and property management
- Proficient in CRM tools to track leads and customer interactions

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster positive relationships
- Proactive problem-solver who can think critically and act decisively
