Desired Skills/Experience:

Windows Administration Experience including Azure A.D. (Entra and Intune) and On-Prem Windows Server, MS Exchange, Server backups, Office365 operations and support.
Experience working as the key-go-to person for the migration from On-Prem Servers to Azure is a strong plus.
Experience supporting Microsoft type products: Teams, SharePoint, D365 or similar; Experience supporting D365 (Dynamics 365) ERP Software is a strong plus.
Experience with I.T. Security Practices and Operations: PCI Compliance, SOC, Zero Trust, Real Time Threat Management and similar; experience maximizing MS Defender and Azure-Cloud-Security tools is preferred.
Willingness to perform end user support on an as needed basis with a focus on both networking and applications support.

Pluses:

Experience working for a Manufacturing and/or Distribution Company.
Experience Supporting Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with SQL Server Database access and Database connectivity to Windows-Microsoft based systems
Experience with Windows PowerShell, Windows Batch or VB Scripting from a Windows Admin Standpoint
A+ and/or Microsoft Certifications and/or IT Security Certifications.
