Contracts Negotiator
Location: Cedar Park, TX 78613
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available)
Hourly Rate: $30 per hour
Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Global Contracts Negotiator I for a professional office-based opportunity in Cedar Park, TX. This role is ideal for someone with prior contract negotiation experience, and candidates with a background in paralegal work or procurement are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with contract documents, internal stakeholders, and office systems in a fast-paced environment.
Contracts Negotiator Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contract documents
- Analyze terms and conditions and support revisions as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely contract execution
- Assist with contract documentation, amendments, and related forms
- Maintain accurate contract records and system updates
- Support internal customers with contract-related questions and follow-up
Contracts Negotiator Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous contract negotiator experience required
- Paralegal or procurement background strongly preferred
- Experience reviewing and working with contract language and supporting documents
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
