Key Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers with the highest level of professionalism and local market expertise.
- Rapidly respond to and convert Zillow Live Tour requests.
- Conduct comprehensive property assessments to determine accurate property values.
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute residential purchase and listing agreements.
- Diligently maintain and update all systems and CRM platforms with data from our channel partners.
Requirements:
- Active Illinois Real Estate License (Strictly Required).
- A fierce dedication to client service and a highly responsive communication style.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow a proven lead-conversion system.
- Deep knowledge of the Western Suburbs market.
Target Markets: We are actively seeking agents to handle high lead volume in Naperville, Downers Grove, Wheaton, Burr Ridge, Darien, La Grange, Western Springs, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Westmont, Willowbrook, Lisle, Glen Ellyn, Brookfield, and La Grange Park.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
