Since 2011, we've been dedicated to improving the lives of adult smokers by offering premium vapor products and exceptional customer service. What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Associate at Rocky Top Vapor, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. - Educating customers about our premium e-liquids and vapor products. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. - Handling transactions accurately and efficiently. - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide expert recommendations. - Supporting the team in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role. - Basic knowledge of vaping/electronic cigarettes to assist and educate customers effectively. - A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills. - Must be 21+ years of age to comply with industry regulations. - A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in the vaping industry.
