We are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk for our Toyota dealership in Dallas, TX. For immediate consideration, please email jesyca.garcia@normreeves.com.
Core Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for reimbursement.
- Review repair orders to verify warranty coverage and compliance.
- Communicate with technicians and service advisors to ensure accurate documentation.
- Track claim approvals, denials, and follow-ups to maximize reimbursements.
- Maintain warranty records and keep up-to-date with manufacturer policies.
- Address and resolve warranty claim discrepancies.
- Assist with audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Familiarity with warranty procedures and guidelines of major automotive manufacturers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record management.
