Location: Hybrid in Bellevue and Kirkland, WA - 2-3 days onsite

Duration: 6-month contract, renewable

Pay Rate: $35-42/hr, 15-30 hours a week

Position Overview:

\n

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Personal Assistant to support Double Dagger Studio’s leadership on site in Kirkland and Bellevue, WA.

\n


\n

This role provides the opportunity to participate in the exciting early stages of a growing game development studio, as well as the chance to expand this role into whatever the candidate wants it to be.

\n


\n

The ideal candidate will anticipate leadership’s needs, streamline workflows, create an organized environment and provide support that enables leadership to focus on strategic priorities. This position demands independence, a very proactive approach, commitment, and a doer attitude as there are no tasks too big or too small.

Job Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Booking and coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements for leadership
  • \n

  • Provide calendar management support by scheduling meetings, as well as make appointments and calls, internally & externally as needed
  • \n

  • Home and Office management (acquiring furniture and supplies; researching, hiring and managing contractors; space-management; interfacing with property management; keeping home and office in good shape)
  • \n

  • Assist leadership with growth opportunity management (organizational improvements, personal admin process refining, etc)
  • \n

  • General administrative support and manage personal and professional errands, shopping, deliveries, returns, etc as needed
  • \n

  • Optimize leadership’s tasks and workflows by identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies to streamline processes
  • \n

  • Can work independently and can anticipate and identify required tasks as required
  • \n

Need To Have:

\n

    \n
  • Proven experience in a supportive role, ideally as an administrative or executive assistant.
  • \n

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and consistent follow-through.
  • \n

  • Excellent high-trust communication and active listening skills, lots of inquisitiveness, and the ability to interact professionally.
  • \n

  • Ability to work according to the leadership team’s schedule, which sometimes includes long days and weekends.
  • \n

  • A high level of discretion, integrity and commitment to professionalism.
  • \n

  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
