Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Location: Juno Beach, FL.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce architecture best practices. This role involves leading technical work, collaborating with cross functional teams, and ensuring highâ€`quality, secure, and maintainable implementations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Development
Develop robust solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers, Queueables, and Test Classes.
Build advanced UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Implement and optimize Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, and Lightning Record Pages.
2. Technical Design & Architecture
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Participate in data modeling, object relationships, and system architecture discussions.
Ensure designs comply with governor limits, performance standards, and Salesforce best practices.
Review and guide the development work of junior/mid level developers.
3. Integration Expertise
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Named Credentials.
Collaborate with middleware teams (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) for end to end data exchange.
Implement secure authentication such as OAuth, JWT, and connected apps.
4. CI/CD, DevOps & Release Management
Use SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) for version control and deployments.
Manage multiple sandbox environments and ensure smooth deployments to Production.
Implement automated testing, code scanning, and DevOps best practices.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, Admins, and QA teams.
Provide technical leadership in grooming sessions, solution reviews, and sprint planning.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
Required Skills
6. 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience with:
Apex (async, bulk, patterns)
LWC, JavaScript ES6
SOQL/SOSL, data modeling
Salesforce APIs & integration patterns
Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally one advanced cloud (Experience Cloud, CPQ, FSL, etc.).
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field level security.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, VS Code, Workbench, and Data Loader.
Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem solving skills.
