What You’ll Do

Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON)

Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
-
Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents’ needs
-
Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
-
Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
-
Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being
What You Bring
-
At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment, most of which should be in a management role
-
Current RN License
-
Ability to administer medications and IV certification
-
Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations
-
Passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents

Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
