Position Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Attorney specializing in Healthcare to provide legal guidance and support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare law and regulatory affairs, and will play a pivotal role in contract negotiations, compliance, and managing legal risks associated with corporate activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Negotiate and draft contracts related to healthcare services, partnerships, and transactions.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions
- Manage intellectual property matters, including protection and enforcement of trademarks and patents.
- Represent the company in litigation and mediation processes.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations to inform corporate strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal risks.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor
- Licensed to practice law in the state of CT.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate law with a focus on healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare law, regulatory affairs, and compliance.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is preferred.
