Mohawk Honda is looking for several Service Greeters to join our winning team. Our Service Greeters focus on the guest experience and going the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
The ideal candidate is someone with high energy and motivation to work in our NEW and extremely busy service department!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Meet and greet service guest promptly in a professional and courteous manner and direct them to the the appropriate Advisor
- Liaison between the service and sales department.
- Assisting with traffic control in the service drive-thru
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to all our customers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No experience necessary
- Service or hospitality industry experience a big PLUS!
- Outstanding communication and customer satisfaction skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Great attitude and high energy
