• Roaming Maintenance Technician
• Maintenance Technician I & II
• Housekeeper

What You’ll Do:
• Maintain and repair apartment homes and community spaces
• Complete work orders and unit turns efficiently
• Provide excellent service to residents
• Support overall property operations and upkeep

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic maintenance or property management experience preferred
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
