Job DescriptionSalary: $28 - $40 per hour

What You will Be Doing

• Partner with local businesses to support their IT needs, both remotely and onsite
• Design and install wired and wireless networks
• Build and deploy servers
• Troubleshoot hardware and application issues
• Provide end-user support with a professional, customer-focused mindset

What We are Looking For

• Experience with Windows, Windows Server, Exchange, and Office 365
• A proven track record of excellent customer service
  
• Strong business ethics and reliability
  
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on experience installing and configuring IP networks
  
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes
  
• IT certifications such as A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, etc.
