Location: Ferndale, MI
1st shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM2nd shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM3rd shift: 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $14.00+
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a stable, full-time role? We’re hiring Production Associates to support the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products for a leading local food manufacturer. Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package food products
• Prepare ingredients and packaging materials
• Work in cold and wet conditions (40&degree;F)
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Strong attendance record — perfect attendance required for the first 90 days
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work mandatory overtime and weekends as needed
• Experience in food production or food service is a plus, but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in cold/wet environments
