Job Summary:

The Network Operations Center Analyst will rely on excellent customer service, problem-solving, trending and analytics to provide detailed reporting on network health and all associated components. Success in this role requires a highly analytical individual with a genuine enthusiasm for technology and a keen interest in technical performance improvement.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Analyze network data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues impacting service quality.
  • Investigate the root cause of network problems and suggest corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Generate detailed reports on network performance, service levels and KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Proactively monitor network capacity and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements by monitoring performance against established thresholds.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of large-scale data manipulation and presentation with tools such as Power BI and Graphana
  • Advanced ability to create and present technical reports
  • Entry level understanding of high-speed data, VOIP and IP video delivery and/or components


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in current technical or analytical discipline or 4 or more years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods, working at a computer up to 10 hours per day.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Ability to physically operate personal computers, copy machines, telephones, and other common office machines and equipment.
