Highly regarded national full-service insurance firm is seeking a mid-level litigation attorney for its Yardley, PA office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team handling a wide range of complex litigation matters for sophisticated clients. Attorneys represent clients in complex coverage and defense matters across all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial and appeal. This attorney will gain mentorship while supervising junior attorneys and making independent decisions on files.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active bar admission in PA, NY, NJ, DE, or MD

3-5+ years of litigation experience

Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
