Position: Roof Inspector Trainee
Compensation
- Earn $150,000–$350,000+ per year
- Top performers earn $450,000+
- Uncapped commissions and bonuses
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and identify potential roof damage.
- Perform basic roof inspections (full training provided).
- Explain roofing and insurance claim options.
- Help homeowners get their damaged roofs replaced by insurance
Requirements
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders to do roof inspections
- Reliable transportation
No roofing experience is required. We provide all the training you need!
