Job Description1st Shift - Cleaning Crew $16/hr.Greer, SC Mon - Fri 7 AM -5 PM The client is a one-stop shop for all facility maintenance needs. They are looking for a professional that is looking to help do general and industrial cleaning indoors at BMW plant. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for their clients that will become critical in maintaining and strengthen the company reputation. • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing plant environment
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

Qualifications:

• Experienced as a cleaner, housekeeper, or in general building maintenance (landscaping, pressure washing, industrial clean up) is not required but a plus!
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Ability to learn and pick up tasks assigned quickly
• Detail-oriented
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• No certifications required

Skills:

• Ability to move between tasks
• Ability and willingness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to work safely and follow safety guidelines
• Able to work with your hands
• Ability to perform very repetitive motions
• Ability to stand for 8 hours. (There are breaks)
• Self-Motivated
